Neurodynamic breathwork

Neurodynamic breathwork refers to a type of breathing exercises or techniques that aim to connect the mind and body. This technique is used to activate the parasympathetic nervous system better known as the "rest and digest" response. Through intentional inhaling and exhaling, we activate the nervous system, reducing the stress and anxiety of the body. Severally, neurodynamic breathwork has been used to help people suffering from depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders. The technique involves deepening the breath through a combination of inhalation and exhalation, engagement of specific muscles and visualization. Practicing neurodynamic breathing frequently is believed to improve our general wellbeing, increase focus, and enhance cognitive function.
